Mind In Motion was founded in 2007 by Leigh Weinraub to promote self-awareness, emotional intelligence, mindfulness and connection. Leigh travels the world giving keynotes and facilitating workshops that promote the idea of personal excellence through inner strength.
Armed with a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University and a background playing competitive tennis, she focuses on engaging both mind and body to help others tap into their full potential. Through the process of coaching Northwestern to three consecutive Big Ten Championships, Leigh created a unique approach to help people access their potential for greatness. She pioneered Walk-and-Talk therapy with the belief that there was a more effective way to help clients than on a couch.
While working with a young athlete, Leigh wrote BREATHE upside down on the bottom corner of her shirt to help her focus during a tennis match. Others started asking for the same and eventually word got out sparking the Mind In Motion movement - apparel, accessories, bags and journals - all focused on the visual cues of words to remind us to be our very best selves.
Leigh built upon the Mind In Motion philosophical roots and introduced several corporate programs including keynotes, executive coaching and custom workshops. All of which continue to reinforce the idea of personal excellence through inner strength and seek to bring out the champion inside of everyone.

Our very first shirt was a plain cotton tee with the word “BREATHE” written upside down in black Sharpie. It was inverted because the message was for the individual, not the world. Because the rest of the world wasn't serving for match point.
