All topics can be prepared as keynotes or workshops to meet the needs of any size group - from a convention center to a boardroom to a dining room. We can also work with you to create something customized and unique. These are a sample of what we offer.
What does self-reflection actually mean and how do we apply it on a daily basis when we’re pulled in a million different directions? How do we maximize our potential for greatness so that we make the best decisions? How can we recognize what we are truly capable of and find the motivation to act on it? This talk will leave you with practical tools for better awareness and positive psychology to optimize your performance in all aspects of life.e.
This interactive workshop focuses on identifying obstacles that prevent us from being our best selves. These can include what we project, what we think, how we react, and how we engage. Leigh focuses on questions and discussions to help identify obstacles we may not even be aware of and how to change our behavior patterns to move beyond and get what we want.
Leigh facilitates an interactive conversation in a safe space to promote trust and empathy. In this digital age, deep, meaningful connections are harder to come by but more important than ever. They remind us of our humanity. What we project doesn’t define who we are but in order for people to know the real us, we have to trust one another to be compassionate and empathetic. These in-depth discussions are meant to be playful and supportive to encourage openness and authenticity.
Join Leigh on a walk-and-talk session outside, in groups or as individuals, and let the power of nature open up inspiration to share, learn and connect. Disengage from technology, classrooms and offices to fill your lungs, open your eyes and expand your mind with the thoughts and ideas that being outside invites. However you choose to participate, you will leave feeling invigorated by the increased blood flow and unique topics Leigh has to share. Available for all levels of fitness.
This interactive dining experiences hones in on sensory appreciation. Moving beyond the Taste of Mindfulness workshop, it takes place over a full meal with discussion around the mind-body connection and the messages we grow up with around food. What is the importance of food in our lives? What is the importance of shared dining experiences? What do we project when we talk about food? And do these messages support or detract from our overall enjoyment of eating and more importantly, sharing the experience with others?
We love working directly with our Mind in Motion community! If you have an event and would like to collaborate with us to customize any of our programming or apparel, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
This is where it really gets interesting. What do you want for your team or organization? Where do you think you can help them the most and which avenue is the best for them to learn? Do you want to promote an overall healthier lifestyle or get your team thinking about business differently. Is the focus on workforce engagement or optimization? Or both? Or maybe you just want to provide a general holistic approach focusing on mind and body to help people be the best versions of themselves. We’re happy to work with you on defining and executing the best program to meet your needs.
In order to promote the best versions of ourselves, we need practice. Once the lectures and workshops are over, what helps people stay accountable? At Mind in Motion we designed the uniquely meaningful “Wordrobe”, a line of apparel to remind each of us of our practice - to move, to be mindful, to be our best self at any given moment.
With more than 40 pieces made from the softest materials, we use bold, declarative, uniquely inverted words to fortify and remind us of our practice.
